A Heartfelt Message From Your Oceania Cruises Staff & Crew
As many of us are now en route home on our sister brand’s Seven Seas Navigator, I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to all of you on behalf of the Oceania Cruises staff and crew. We’ve received so many heartwarming messages of encouragement, support and friendship during the past several weeks and they continue pouring in. I can’t tell you how much these mean to us as we reflect on the journeys we’ve shared with all of you over the years and the meaningful experiences we’ll enjoy when we soon return to the high seas once again.
We’ve heard from so many of you how much you miss seeing us on board, laughing with us and sharing your latest travel adventures with us. The feeling is overwhelmingly mutual – you are such a big part of the fabric of our days and we are counting down the days until we’re all together again enjoying our shared passion, exploring the world and its great treasures. In the meantime, we are staying positive and the staff and crew are all smiles after a 40-day quarantine as you can see from the photos.
We’re all thankful to you for thinking of us as we’re now being reunited with our dear families. We will certainly cherish this time with our families at home and we’re ever grateful for our extended family at sea. Wherever we go, we have a home.
Likewise, we wish to extend a big thank you to our colleagues at our sister brands, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line. We’re all pulling together in the spirit of getting everyone safely home. All of the hospitality our colleagues have shown us in helping us get home has been both humbling and inspiring.
Speaking of inspiration, I don’t know about you – but I’ve already started planning and dreaming about the adventures to come. How will I react when I see the first guests coming down the gangway? What new moments will we share on deck as we sail away from our embarkation port? Which new destinations will our ship take us to that I’ve not yet explored? What unexpected travel stories will we share together? It’s all ahead of us.
Until we meet again very soon, take care, be well and know that we miss you all.
Warmest regards,
General Manager Marck Warmenhoven
On behalf of the Oceania Cruises officers, staff and crew
