NON-EXPIRING CRUISE CREDITS

These terms apply to any Future Cruise Credit which your account indicates as non-expiring. Your Future Cruise Credit must be applied prior to the new reservation’s final payment due date. Once the voyage is selected and the Future Cruise Credit is applied, any subsequent changes to the booking, up to and including cancellation, will be subject to Oceania Cruises’ standard booking terms and conditions which can also be found on www.oceaniacruises.com/legal/terms-conditions, provided however that any "refund" referred to in those terms and conditions will be in the form of a further Future Cruise Credit. The Future Cruise Credit is nontransferable, has no cash value, and at no time will be redeemable for cash, including but not limited to situations of future cruise suspensions, displacements, or cancellations. Oceania Cruises reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares, fees, promotions and surcharges at any time. Ships’ Registry: Marshall Islands.

EXPIRING CRUISE CREDITS

These terms apply to any Future Cruise Credit which your account indicates as expiring. Your Future Cruise Credit must be applied prior to the new reservation’s final payment due date. The new reservation must be booked on or before the book by date and the scheduled sail date must occur on or before the sail by date listed on the certificate. If the Future Cruise Credit is not applied by the book by date its full value will be forfeited. Once the voyage is selected and the Future Cruise Credit is applied, any subsequent changes to the booking, up to and including cancellation, will be subject to Oceania Cruises’ standard booking terms and conditions which can also be found on a www.oceaniacruises.com/legal/terms-conditions, provided however that any "refund" referred to in those terms and conditions will be in the form of a further Future Cruise Credit. The Future Cruise Credit is nontransferable, has no cash value, and at no time will be redeemable for cash, including but not limited to situations of future cruise suspensions, displacements, or cancellations. 1. Oceania Cruises Future Sailing Credits (each, an “FSC”) are issued by Goodwill Credit, Ltd. and are available for purchase on Oceania Cruises and may only be applied in full as a deposit towards a new reservation on future Oceania Cruises. An FSC will satisfy the new booking deposit requirement and no additional payments are necessary until the applicable final payment due date on most sailings except the following may require an additional deposit at the time of booking (i) multi-segment sailings; (ii) Around the World sailings; (iii) Oceania/Vista/Owner’s Suites; and (iv) Grand Voyages. Only one FSC may be applied per stateroom reservation. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase an FSC.
2. To redeem an FSC, please call your Travel Professional, Oceania Personal Consultant or Oceania Cruises at 855-623-2642 (if in the U.S.) and advise that you wish to apply your FSC to the reservation at the time of booking. 3. The value of the FSC purchased will be in the same currency you used to book the sailing you were on at the time of purchase of the FSC. Currency exchange rates are set at the time of purchase. New cruise reservations must be in the same currency as your FSC. Reservation currencies vary by market and FSC(s) are not eligible to be exchanged to another currency. FSC amounts are based on double occupancy in the following currencies: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and NZD. A maximum of five (5) FSCs may be purchased per person per sailing.
4. With each FSC purchase, you are eligible to receive a non-refundable shipboard credit (“Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit”) which can be applied to your current cruise or a future cruise booked within twelve (12) months from initial purchase of the FSC. Failure to use the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit on the current cruise or apply it to a cruise booked within twelve (12) months from initial purchase of the FSC will forfeit the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit. The value of the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit is based on the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit promotional offering at the time of the FSC purchase. The Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit may only be applied to onboard purchases of goods or services, and cannot be applied to cruise fare, airfare, hotel costs, tax, service charges, casino charges, or purchases of FSC(s). The Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. Any unused portion of the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit will be forfeited and cannot be carried over from one cruise to another.
5. If you use an FSC to book a new cruise within twelve (12) months from the initial purchase of the FSC, you will be eligible for a one-time additional discount on your new cruise purchase (an “Onboard Booking Savings”). Onboard Booking Savings discounts vary by length of voyage and stateroom category and range from $200 to $1,500 per Oceanview stateroom category or higher, based on double occupancy, or the equivalent thereof in your booking currency. Onboard Booking Savings are combinable with other advertised promotional fares offered at the time of booking your selected cruise unless otherwise stated.
6. FSC(s) that have not been applied to a future cruise reservation are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days from the initial purchase amount paid minus the full value of the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit, if you chose to apply it to the cruise on which you purchased the FSC. Any refund forfeits any right to receive the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit or Onboard Booking Savings on a future cruise. FSC(s) are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. FSC(s) are unable to be applied in partial values. FSC(s) are valid for purchase of new reservations only and do not expire. FSC(s) may not be applied to existing reservations.
7. FSC(s) are transferable one time to another guest at no charge. Once transferred, the new FSC owner is subject to all FSC terms and conditions. The original FSC owner forfeits rights of ownership once the transfer has been completed.
8. Reservations are subject to availability. FSC(s) cannot be combined with chartered cruises, incentive cruises, barter cruises, employee discount(s), friends and family discount(s), interline rates and non-Oceania travel partner rates. Once a cruise is booked with your FSC, if a cancellation is requested, it is subject to the same cancellation policy, rules and regulations (which can be found on your reservation confirmation) as any other payment made for that reservation, except as otherwise stated herein. If you cancel a reservation booked with an FSC and the cancellation is made at least 181 days prior to sailing, you may rebook to a new date one time if done within one (1) business day of the initial cancellation without forfeiting the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit (if applied to that cruise) and Onboard Booking Savings, otherwise the Non-Refundable Shipboard Credit and Onboard Booking Savings will be forfeited.
9. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.’s (including its brands and subsidiaries, “we”, “us” or “our”) privacy policy, which describes how your personal data may be processed, and is available at https://www.oceaniacruises.com/legal/privacy-policy. You agree that we may (1) keep your personal and sensitive data, (2) use such personal data in our business worldwide in accordance with our published privacy policy, (3) share such personal data with our affiliated or related companies, and (4) subject such personal data to processing worldwide. You agree that we may disclose personal or sensitive data to unaffiliated third parties (1) with your consent or authorization, (2) to help complete a transaction for you, (3) to comply with laws, regulations, governmental and quasi-governmental requests, orders or legal processes, (4) to enforce these terms and conditions or other agreements or to protect the rights, safety or property of us or others, (5) as part of a purchase, sale, or transfer of assets or our business, (6) to our agents or service providers to perform functions on our behalf, or (7) as otherwise described in our privacy policy.
10. In addition to these terms and conditions, you must comply with the Oceania Cruises brochure terms and conditions including the Oceania Cruises guest ticket contract.
11. All FSC(s) are issued by Goodwill Credit, Ltd. and any claims or concerns with respect to FSC(s) are to be directed to Goodwill Credit, Ltd. at www.goodwillcruisecredit.com. Oceania Cruises (including its affiliates other than Goodwill Credit, Ltd.) takes no responsibility for any claim related to FSC(s), including for the loss of identifying FSC information. Certificate is redeemable towards deposit of future voyage. Book your next voyage within one year of certificate purchase date to take advantage of additional Onboard Booking Savings. Selected voyage may commence outside of one year. Future Cruise Deposit certificate does not expire and certificate cancellations are fully refundable within thirty (30) days of purchase. If the US$100 Shipboard Credit was applied to the current sailing, this amount will be withheld from the refund. If you need to cancel after a voyage is selected, the standard booking terms and conditions will apply. Onboard Booking Savings varies based on sailing date and stateroom/suite category selected, and is combinable with current savings offers at time of voyage selection. Onboard Booking Savings is applicable to Oceanview and higher categories. Please note that not all promotions are combinable with Onboard Booking Savings. Guests are encouraged to select their preferred future sailing as early as possible to secure preferred pricing and stateroom availability. Oceania/Vista/Owner’s Suites, Grand Voyages, and combination (multiple segment) cruises may require additional deposit, which will be due at the time your voyage is selected. Certificate is exclusively available for purchase by onboard guests only and is non-transferable. One Certificate maximum may be applied to a reservation. Once applied to a voyage, guests may utilize their one-time change-of-sailing prior to the cancellation penalty period of the voyage selected. Program is applicable to new bookings only and is not applicable to reservations booked prior to Future Cruise Deposit certificate purchase.
