Job Summary

As a Dealer you will be required to perform your duties in accordance with the company’s policies whilst ensuring that the highest standards of efficiency, guest service and security are met in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

The Dealer serves as the direct contact between the guests and the Casino Management and as such is required to conform to the highest levels of professionalism, appearance and communication.

Profile

Minimum of at least two years dealing experience preferred.

  • Experience in 3 or more of the following games: Blackjack, Roulette, Let it Ride, Caribbean Stud Poker, 3-Card Poker, Baccarat, Pai Gow Tiles, Pai Gow Poker, or Texas Hold'em.
  • Gaming license preferred.

    Stage Manager Hotel Services Shipboard Full Time

    Job Summary

    • Responsible to ensure the safe operation of all equipment by those using it and for the safety and well being of the performers and musicians on stage
    • Responsible to ensure that all equipment is maintained and to notify supervisor and head office immediately of any malfunction
    • Responsible to ensure that all equipment in public areas that can affect guests is monitored for any changes or movement
    • Provides large format sound mixing and design for guest performers, production shows, special-events and rehearsals
    • Usually this includes a 9 piece orchestra, 4 production show singers, at least 7 channels of pre-recorded track for production shows, the selection and mixing of appropriate effects, guest entertainment as magic shows, classical performers and stand-up comedians, a duo, a pianist, a guitarist and local entertainment when applicable
    • Designing, programming and operating of lighting systems for all of the above listed scenarios, special events and other activities as per Cruise Director’s request
    • Playback of projected media and simple video switching in production booth for shows and charter groups onboard
    • Theatrical rigging maintenance and operation
    • Supervision,  training and scheduling of both Stage Technicians
    • Organizing and supervision of scenery setup and breakdown as well as orchestra stand
    • Organization, supervision and timekeeping for dressers and additional spotlight operators as required by production size
    • Being familiar with entertainment activities and daily schedules in order to aid in the planning or rehearsals with Line Captain and Band Master in the Show Lounge
    • Maintain accurate inventory of expendables used by technical entertainment department and order supplies as required through the HIC onboard

      • To enhance the onboard experience for each of our valued guests, ensuring that every aspect of the Regent brand is executed with superior precision while maintaining the exacting standards of excellence in hospitality.
      • To oversee the management of senior-level staff members, directing and analyzing the delivery of the Regent product; ensuring that department heads provide their staff with continuous coaching, training and support.
      • Achieving consistency and perfection in every discipline throughout the hotel, the General Manager solicits and interprets feedback from staff and guests alike in order to seek methods of further elevating the product’s merits, and in turn communicating these recommendations to Vessel Operations;
      • To protect and maintain the ship as a company asset, ensuring the ability from a structural perspective to provide a distinctive cruise experience for the guests.

      Crew Purser Hotel Services Shipboard Full Time

      • Ensure smooth Clearance for all crew in accordance with advised Port requirements and RSSC policies;·         
      • Ensure accurate financial reporting of crew accounting, maintenance of crew systems and payroll compliance in accordance with RSSC policies;          
      • Facilitate information flow to Department Heads, Shipboard Management and RSSC Corporate;          
      • Liaise closely with HR Manager on board to ensure good relations are maintained and information is shared between all on board;

      Profile
      •  Ideally worked in the Premium or Luxury market, therefore an understanding of the highest level of service;
      • Several years experience on medium sized ships working Crew Purser.
      • Well organized;     
      • Must have dealt with calculation and issuance of wages
      • Must have covered an international Itinerary and been the main person responsible for clearance of the ship for guests and crew as well         
      • Good knowledge of crew visas and travel limitations etc.
      • Simple accounting experience.

      Job Summary

      • To ensure smooth and accurate onboard financial operations;
      • To manage onboard revenue’s in accordance with prescribed budgetary requirements;
      • To manage revenue outlets and concessions through department heads;
      • To oversee and facilitate prompt processing of legal documents with port authorities and government agencies;
      • Oversee all clearance related communications between the Second Purser and the port agent regarding ship’s clearance.
      • To supervise and audit the onboard payroll, revenue and cash systems;
      • To assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the hotel, to act as General Manager in his/her absence, and to deputize the role in the daily operation;
      • Implement and maintain guidelines and procedures set out by RSSC;  

      Profile
      • Several years experience on medium sized ships working as Chief Purser ideally in a similar style company
      • Understanding of the highest level of service; ideally worked in the premium or luxury market
      • Strong working knowledge of ship and the various depts.
      • Experience in front office, revenue operations and crew operations required; ideally additional past experience of crew payroll which was generated onboard (not shore-side).
      • Covered an international Itinerary and been the main person responsible for clearance of the ship for guests and crew
      • Well organized; a multi-tasker
      • Good accounting experience, Cost control and budget control experience;
      • Revenue management experience.
      • Used to managing and overseeing onboard Concessions
      • Excellent communication skills; good written and spoken English
      • Strong leadership skills and practice ‘leadership by example;
      • Used to dealing with guests and guest enquiries
      • Ability to deputize on behalf of General Manager as needed

      Job Summary

      • Second highest-ranked officer in the engineering department. Must be fully conversant with all of the Chief Engineers responsibilities and must be able to assume the position of the Chief Engineer if needed.

      Responsibility and Authority

      • Acquire the necessary knowledge of the Company's SMS in order to apply it on board their ships and to instruct and train all crew members.
      • Ensure that the Maintenance programs arranged by the Company are diligently implemented.
      • Be thoroughly aware of the content and application of the Engine Company’s Standing Orders.
      • In cooperation with the Staff Captain, coordinate Confine Spaces Entry.
      • Responsible Officer for Working Aloft of Overboard.
      • Responsible Officer for Hot Work.
      • Responsible Officer for Works Underwater.
      • Responsible Officer for Work Requiring Lockout Tag Out.
      • Assist Chief Engineer in overseeing all bunkering and transfer operations ensuring an efficient and effective cooperation with the barge and/or shore side personnel during all such operations.
      • Assist Chief Engineer in carrying out Training for Environmental Management.
      • Cooperate with the Staff Captain in coordinating the Engine generated Waste Disposal.
      • Member of the Shipboard Safety Committee.

      • Overview training of Engine Officers that are newly assigned to a ship in order to familiarize themselves with the ship's features.
      • To prepare a handover report prior leaving the vessel.
      • Assist Chief Engineer in FUEL/MDO/LUBE OILS BUNKERING AND/OR TRANSFER.
      • Monitor machineries and part of systems performances through lube oil and waters analysis.
      • Assist Chief engineer in coordinating Engine Department Monthly Condition Report.
      • Familiarize with ENGINE ROOMS-RESPONSES TO UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCES THAT CAN EVOLVE INTO EMERGENCY SITUATION procedure.
      • Responsible for Inspections of Tanks and Compartments.
      • Ensure that inspections, maintenances and tests of environmental systems are always carried out by assigned personnel according to the manufacturer guidelines, his/her discretion and the Company’s instructions, if any.
      • Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding refrigerant gasses emissions to the atmosphere.
      • Comply with all laws and regulations regarding bilge water and oily sludge operations aboard Company ships.
      • Comply with all laws and regulations regarding black water and gray water operations aboard Company ships.
      • All other duties as assigned.
      • May assign and delegate some of the above duties to other officers from his team.

      Education and Experience

      • Chief Engineer qualifications and licenses in compliance with all International and National conventions and regulations.
      • Unlimited Chief Engineer license, endorsed by the Flag State, and all of the certificates as required by the STCW 95.
      • 1 years experience on passengers vessels of which at least 4 months as 1st Engineer Engineer.
      • Full knowledge and understanding of the Company SMS.
      • Thorough knowledge of the vessel he/she is assigned to.
